# A place to collect as many different views as possible. It is not necessary for views to agree with each other.
# Is best thought of as a permanent archived discussion board.
# Will not make a final decision for everybody as to what are the best views that should be accepted or worst views that should be rejected.
# A future place of reference for those who have the will and the means to establish their own community.
# The website has no right or means to dictate to those who are planning to spend and migrate with their own moneys or selves.
# Those who have money and emigration plans ready to put into action are; 1) a consultative group amongst themselves, and 2) at their own disgression consult with those who pledge to spend and migrate later.
# The establishment of communities in many different places is not discouraged. The main focus is upon the model of the community.
